Labelize（以下「本アプリ」）は、Shopifyアプリとして食品表示ラベルの作成・保存・印刷を 支援するサービスを提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報と、その取扱いについて 説明するものです。
1. 取得する情報
- Shopifyストア情報: ストアドメイン、ストア名、連絡先、認証に必要な情報。
- 商品データ: 商品名、商品情報、商品メタフィールドなど、本アプリの機能に必要な情報。
- ラベル入力データ: 原材料名、アレルゲン、栄養成分、製造者情報など、ラベル表示に必要な情報。 これらは主にShopifyのメタフィールドに保存されます。
- 技術情報: アクセスログ、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、セッション情報など。
- 本アプリは原則として顧客情報を取得しません（現在のスコープは商品情報の読み書きに限定）。
2. 利用目的
- 食品表示ラベルの作成・保存・印刷機能の提供
- 認証、セッション管理、運用保守、品質改善
- お問い合わせへの対応
- 法令およびShopifyの要件への対応
3. 第三者提供・委託
本アプリは、ShopifyのAPIを通じて情報を取得・更新します。また、ホスティングやデータベースなどの サービス提供のために、必要な範囲で外部サービス事業者を利用する場合があります。これらの事業者には 適切な契約に基づく管理を求めます。取得した情報を第三者に販売・貸与することはありません。
4. 保存期間
本アプリのセッション情報や運用上必要なデータは、アプリの利用期間中保持されます。アプリの アンインストール後、または削除依頼を受けた場合は、法令およびShopifyの要件に従い適切に削除します。 ラベル入力データは主にShopifyのメタフィールドに保存されるため、削除はストア管理画面から行えます。
5. セキュリティ
本アプリは、情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

Labelize (the "App") provides support for creating, saving, and printing food labeling content for Shopify merchants. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
- Shop information: shop domain, shop name, contact details, and authentication data.
- Product data: product titles, details, and metafields required for the App features.
- Label input data: ingredients, allergens, nutrition, manufacturer details, and other label content. These are primarily stored in Shopify metafields.
- Technical data: access logs, IP address, browser data, and session information.
- The App does not collect customer data by default (current scopes are limited to product read/write).
2. Purpose of Use
- Provide label creation, saving, and printing functionality.
- Authentication, session management, operations, and service improvement.
- Support and inquiry handling.
- Compliance with laws and Shopify requirements.
3. Third Parties and Subprocessors
The App interacts with Shopify APIs to retrieve and update information. We may also use third-party services for hosting, databases, or monitoring as needed. These providers are bound by appropriate agreements. We do not sell or rent collected information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Session and operational data are retained while the App is installed. After uninstall or a deletion request, data is removed in accordance with legal and Shopify requirements. Label input data is primarily stored in Shopify metafields and can be removed from the Shopify admin.
5. Security
We apply reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of data.
